Jesus told his followers to make disciples throughout all the world - people who follow him and seek to become like him. Our place is North Houston, Texas area, and we want to help as many people as possible in our city come to know Jesus in the power of his Spirit and to fulfill his purpose for their lives. As a member of the United Pentecostal Church International, we have teamed up with more than 4,000 churches in North America and more than 40,000 churches around the world to fulfill this same goal elsewhere.
our BELIEF
As a Bible-based church, we believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, our final and flawless authority for all we believe and how we live (2 Tim 3:15-17).
There is only one God, revealed as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in sanctification. That One God was manifested in the flesh, all God and all man, in Jesus Christ (Deut 6:4; Col 2:9; 1 Tim 3:16).
Everyone has sinned and needs salvation, which comes by grace through faith in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. (Rom 2:23-25; Eph 2:8-9).

GABRIEL & ESMERALDA DELGADILLO
our PASTORS
Gabriel is Pastor of Family Fire UPC since its inception, preaching, teaching, overseeing administration of church logistics, and training leadership. Previously, he was Associate Pastor at Christian Life & Family Center and Administrator of Christian Life Academy in East Houston where he served for 18 years. He is an alumnus of Boston University, Rice University, and the University of Houston and has been in the Houston Graduate School of Theology Masters of Divinity program. He is a bivocational pastor working as a Software Developer in multiple industries.
Esmeralda is First Lady, also preaching, teaching, and ministering in multiple capacities within the local church. She also ran Christian Life Academy as Principal for 20 years and ministered in multiple ministries at Christian Life & Family Center. She is a graduate of Texas Bible College, holds a Master's in Counseling and Human Relations from Liberty University, and a Doctorate of Professional Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. As a Licensed Professional Counselor she holds a private practice, speaks nationally, and is the CEO and Clinical Director for the Center for Apostolic Counseling.
Both Gabriel and Esmeralda are ordained ministers with the United Pentecostal Church International, speak nationally and regularly hold marriage seminars, and passionately savor ministry with their children Hannah and Josiah.
